The Prologue

Hi and welcome to the first ever blog on Everything but skills! My name is James and I've created this website to share my passion for gaming and the esports industry that surrounds what i feel is a vast universe of games and stories. I might even throw in the odd nerdy movie review in for good measure (I know original right?)

I feel in love with gaming when my brother got our first "gaming" pc back in the early 2000s playing (still playing) the likes of age of empires 2 age of the kings, grinding now old school runescape, flight stimulator the list could go on...

My real addiction kick started when we got our first console the Xbox original Crystal something that me and my brother would stay up in the early hours trying to beat halo 2 in all difficulties trying and failing to complete the Simpson's hit n run much to my parent's discust as apparently 9 years old should be asleep

I've kept this night Owl approach throughout my many years resulting in me winging my GCSE's and A-levels and finding myself at uni with bad habbits and a drive to keep them up!

Not surprisingly I dropped out of uni after 2nd year to pursue other passions and goals aka try and be the next big CoD professional to which is now only a pipe dream.....

So what will I be creating content for? I plan on covering a few esports that I really enjoy watching like Call of Duty, CSGO and of course the up and coming scene on farming stimulator!
